Weight Watchers Chicken Recipes are perfect for dinner for your whole family, and even if you aren’t on Weight Watchers, they are typically high-protein and low-calorie recipes. One of my favorite parts of Weight Watchers is that boneless, skinless chicken breasts are zero Weight Watchers points. This is one of those proteins that my kids will love and eat.
Chicken is one of those proteins that it is easy to center my dinners around. With active teens and adult kids, having high-protein meals to fuel us is essential! Plus, it’s even better if the dinner makes for leftovers for the next day.

I personally use the app Myfitnesspal to track my food. I use macros and focus on High Protein (calories, fat, protein, and carbohydrates) and rotate through cuts and maintenance calories. (Use a calculator like this -> here) . I did WW for years, but now that I am more maintenance, with cuts throughout the year, and focusing on mobility with strength training. There is no right or wrong answer, as all bodies are different.
