Dinner is normally my most point-heavy meal of the day, mostly in the main dish. But I opt for low-point dinners when I have a heavy lunch or breakfast. My favorite part about WW is that you learn to balance and stay in control! As with any new diet or meal plan, base it on your doctor. I tend to pair up zero point foods for side dishes to make it a more weight watchers friendly meal.
WHAT IS Weight Watchers?
When starting a new weight loss program or diet change, consult a doctor or physician about personal health concerns. It is a good idea to have blood sugar levels, blood pressure, and hormones checked at a physical before and during being on the WW program.
New to Weight Watchers?? Also known as WW, a weight loss program uses points assigned to food to track and lose weight. When you sign up, you take an assessment that will assign you a point value to eat daily and a weekly allowance. You can carry over 4 points from the day into your weekly budget, which is handy when you need more points.
I have been on Weight Watchers since 2011. They have had Points Plus Value, WW Smartpoints, Blue Plan, Green Plan, Purple Plan, WW Personal Points, and now Weight Watchers Points. The new Weight Watchers Simplified plan is the new program launched in November 2022, similar to previous plans like WW Smartpoints, with some color plans. ( You can see the Weight Watchers Zero Point Foods 2023 -> here)
No matter the WW plan, they work to help you learn healthy eating habits. I have hit lifetime goal weight several times but stopped operating the plan and tracking, so the weight does creep back on.
Right now, you can head on over -> here and sign up for WW for $10 a month for your first six months.

Weight Watchers Pork Dinners
Grilled Weight Watchers Cuban Pork Chops– Grilling isn’t off-limits with WW! Pair this with a low-point side and have a tasty summer dinner using an amazing marinade!
Oven-Baked Ranched Pork Chops- This is an easy recipe, perfect for making in the fall!! These ranch pork chops are perfect and will be a hit with the kids, especially with low-point side dishes. Made similarly to a sheet pan dinner.
Weight Watchers Oven Baked Dinner
Chicken Stove Top Casserole– This a great recipe for comfort food dinner, one that is amazing in the fall, and while a bit on the more point heavier side, it is very filling. Weight Watchers Casserole dinners are my favorite to make as well.
Stove Top 4 Ingredient Meatloaf–An easy classic made from Stove Top! This is a comfort food dinner that can be changed up easily too!
Garlic Chicken– With only four ingredients, this is so easy to whip up! The leftover chicken makes the perfect snack and also a salad topping for lunch the next day! This is a recipe I fell lin love with when weight watchers were smart points, and thankfully the point value stayed low.
Weight Watcher Chicken Parmesan– This is an amazing Italian dinner and can be paired up with pasta or bread since it is so low in WW points. Also, you can use greek yogurt to lower the points more.
Weight Watchers Ranch Chicken– Perfect for the whole family and sure to be the kids’ favorite. Use cornflakes to make this tasty chicken dinner for the daily.
Weight Watchers Crockpot Dinners
Slow Cooker Chicken Fajita Soup– This is the perfect soup for the family and will fill your home with cozy cooking smells.
WW Chicken Taco Soup– Works out to zero points or a low-point value soup! The whole family will love this weight watchers taco soup!
2 Ingredient Chicken Tacos– This easy crockpot recipe makes a zero-point or low-point taco filling to your Taco Tuesday and frees up points for toppings and side dishes! Plus add black beans to add more to protein to this dinner as well
Slow Cooker White Chicken Chili Recipe– Using chicken breasts and beans can work to zero points or low Smartpoints! This leaves room to top the chili with cheese or sour cream as well, or you can make it in the instant pot. Easily can be Weight Watchers Beef chili by using low-fat ground beef.
Kid-Approved Favorite Weight Watcher Dinners
Chicken Fried Rice– This is a great alternative to eating out and controlling what is in your food! There are so many ways to swap and lower your point value! The only thing with points is soy sauce, olive oil, and white rice which comes from my time on the points plus plan. Great choice to curb your craving for Chinese food and stay in your daily points.
Weight Watchers English Muffin Pizza– Pizza is not off-limits when it comes to WW! This is a great option for tailgating, a quick weight watchers lunch, and weight watchers pizza.
Air Fryer Chicken Parmesan– This is a fast way to make a great Italian dinner while not heating your home too! Using the Air Fryer to cook the chicken gives more of a fried texture to the chicken without the oil from frying.
Other Weight Watcher dinners
Cilantro Lime Chicken Zucchini- Easy dinner using zoodles to pair up with a low-point or zero-point protein! This is perfect for days your meals are on the higher end of points.
Air Fryer Salmon– Use a 0-point rub to make 0-point air fryer salmon. So easy to make and delicious!
Lime Chicken Tacos– Switch up Taco night with this tasty chicken recipe! With just three ingredients, you can have tasty chicken to eat as is, in a taco, or on a salad!
