Weight Watchers Chicken Fried Rice is a family favorite!! Once I started WW I was a lot more aware of ingredients and cooking processes!! I received the product in exchange for my honest opinion. On the My WW Blue and Purple plan the eggs and chicken breasts are 0 Smartpoints, but on the Green plan, they will have points. (I have included affiliate links to products I love. Chicken Fried Rice is on the menu in our house at least once a month. I love to use chicken breasts in dinners that the kids love! Personally, I love that I can pack this full of zero point options, and the kids love this dinner as well. Chicken breasts are a good base for most dinners since its a zero point food!

how to Make WW Chicken Fried Rice:
Prepare your white rice I throw mine in a rice cooker to make while doing the rest of the steps.
A good knife is so important in the kitchen now thank goodness for Amazon!! I use the reviews all the time since I am not the best at picking out kitchen equipment so I heavily rely on review ratings. Plus I picked up a 5-star chef knife on Amazon for under $10, plus you can order one on Amazon so you don’t even have to leave the house, order and bam UPS man is at the door saving dinner time for you when you use Amazon Prime 2 day delivery! (Don’t have Prime? You NEED for easy online shopping!!)

And now for how these hold up in the kitchen cooking!!! First I always start the white rice in my rice cooker, I suck at cooking rice on the stove so this has been a huge saver!
In a frying pan warm up a little bit of olive oil and minced garlic.
Once the pan is warm add in your chicken to allow it to start to cook.
In another pan scramble your eggs, I do a dozen they are 0 points on the blue and purple plan. Plus extra protein doesn’t hurt.
Chop up your green onion too, or use a pair of scissors
Prepare your carrots and peas, either cook them in a pan of water or steam them in the microwave.
Once your chicken and rice are done start bringing to combine everything to make your fried rice.
I track mine separately to add up the points as I measure what I am eating.
With tracking points, I always assemble mine separately so I can measure and then mix together to serve to the rest of the family.
Serve!!
This was a serving I had made the last time I blogged this using Points Plus. Below is my serving with Smart Points. You can give yourself wiggle room when assembling by including more or less of this and that to your liking. Be sure to confirm your Points Value with the recipe builder.
With the new Smart Points with Freestyle for the My WW Green Plan. My serving size worked out to 4 points.
Now the only thing with points is the rice and soy sauce!!
Ways To Lower Smartpoints for WW Chicken Fried rice:

Hi Jenny. I love Fried Rice-but usually I get only Beef Fried Rice. Or if I go to the Habachi Grill- I get the Fried Rice there. It’s really good & you get to watch them make it & the rest of your meal right in front of you, which is fun. Generally I don’t like Pork Fried Rice at any Chinese Place. This Chicken Fried Rice looks Great! I’m going home from the library & making this tonight! And it’s Weight Watchers to Boot! Thanks for sharing-looks like you have a lot of Happy Campers!
