Low Point Weight Watchers Casseroles!!

Low-point Weight Watchers Casseroles are a dream come true for this mom! With our busy lives, casseroles can be a huge time saver! I am always looking for low WW Point recipes and casseroles are perfect for our busy weeknight dinners!

Eating healthy is a great goal for a family. I am thankful for the technology that helps me find more meals! I didn’t start cooking much from scratch before beginning Weight Watchers in 2011, and I can’t imagine going back to cooking boxed foods all the time.

Using low-point or zero-point ingredients for casseroles is a great way to keep the total points low. Chicken casseroles tend to be a popular option, as boneless chicken breasts are zero WW points. That does not mean these casseroles are without flavor, though.

I personally use the app Myfitnesspal to track my food.  I use macros and focus on High Protein (calories, fat, protein, and carbohydrates) and rotate through cuts and maintenance calories. (Use a calculator like this -> here)  . I did WW for years, but now that I am more maintenance, with cuts throughout the year, and focusing on mobility with strength training. There is no right or wrong answer, as all bodies are different.
