This Air Fryer Chicken Parmesan Recipe is one of my favorite Air Fryer recipes! I love how easy it is to make and that the kids eat the whole dinner every time. Chicken is one of those lean proteins that I can get the whole family to eat so it’s a total win. (I have included affiliate links to products I love. Now I have fallen in love with using my air fryer, as the weather has gotten warmer I especially love that it doesn’t heat up my house either! I will admit, I use mine a lot to heat up frozen chicken tenders from the store and potatoes like tater tots. One day Isabella pointed out that we could just make our own so we did. We had made, Air Fryer Chicken Tenders so it wasn’t hard to make our favorite Italian dinner Chicken Parmesan.

How To Make Air Fryer Chicken Parmesan:
Spray your racks to the air fryer with a non-stick spray. This will help to make sure that the breading won’t stick to the trays.
In a bowl combine your Parmesan Cheese, Breadcrumbs, Parsley, Garlic Salt, and Ground Pepper. Mix it all, I used a fork to break up any clumps of cheese.
Crack your egg into a separate bowl, this will be used for an egg wash. You can either dip or bath your chicken before the breading.
Beat your egg with a fork, I started with one egg. I realized I needed more and added a second egg.
Use a basting brush to brush the egg onto your chicken breasts, or use a fork to dip the chicken.
After the chicken is coated in eggs drag the chicken through the breading until it is well coated.
Lay your chicken out on your Air Fryer trays.
Repeat until all the chicken breasts are coated and ready to bake.
Now I used an Air Fryer that PowerXL sent me and you can order them on Amazon -> here. I had an egg shape air fryer before but with how large my family is the rack is the way to go for cooking lots of food at once.

Turn your Air Fryer to 350 degrees. I started mine at 20 minutes and kept an eye on how they were cooking. The thinner the chicken the faster it will cook.
Be sure to use a meat thermometer (Find it -> here on Amazon) to make sure your chicken cooked to 160 degrees.

Air Fryer Chicken Parmesan Weight Watchers Points Break Down:
I just took how many servings it made when I dished out. Mine ended up coming to 1 Smartpoint on the My WW blue plan and also the purple plan. For Green MyWW you would need to add in the points for the chicken and the egg. Be sure to replug the ingredients on your own as some brands will have different points values.
