These Delicious Low Points Weight Watchers Soups are perfect for this time of year! I love making a soup pot; it makes the whole house smell cozy and warm. Personally, I look forward to the cooler months every year just for busting out the crockpot more and making soups!

First published in 2018 and updated in 2023 for the new plan.
One of my favorite parts of the Weight Watchers plan is that there are Weight Watchers zero-point foods that allow you to save your WW Point allowance for foods worth more points. Weight Watchers soups are one of those foods that are comforting and filling in the winter and fall. Plus, those made with Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts have more protein, and the chicken is zero points. I love making soup in my crockpot, dutch oven, stovetop, and Instant Pot!
A Note From Jenny
When starting any healthy lifestyle, consult a doctor to address any personal health concerns. Some things can only be addressed medically and by a professional. Blood sugar levels, blood pressure, and hormones checked at a physical before starting and at least once a year, as these all can affect an active lifestyle.
With so many different programs, such as Weight Watchers, Keto, and macros, it can be hard to know what to pick. (If you’re interested in Weight Watchers, you can sign up -> here and sign up for $10/month for 10 months.)
I personally use the app Myfitnesspal to track my food. I use macros and focus on High Protein (calories, fat, protein, and carbohydrates) and rotate through cuts and maintenance calories. (Use a calculator like this -> here) . I did WW for years, but now that I am more maintenance, with cuts throughout the year, and focusing on mobility with strength training. There is no right or wrong answer, as all bodies are different.
As with any WW plan be sure to recalculate your points as the plans change and recipe creators are human so typos can happen. A small variation in ingredients can take a weight watchers zero points soup and make it have point.s
Low point Weight Watchers soup recipes
I love a good soup that is zero or low points, because then I can add more toppings like cheese or sour cream, or pair it with a good bread. These soups are also low-calorie, and most are high in protein as well.
