I love to snack, and being on Weight Watchers, finding snacks that fall within low points on the plan is essential. But also, one thing that has helped curb some of what I consider mindless snacking is getting enough protein. So even if the points are a bit higher, I know I will stay full longer.

A Note From Jenny

When starting any healthy lifestyle, consult a doctor to address any personal health concerns. Some things can only be addressed medically and by a professional. Blood sugar levels, blood pressure, and hormones checked at a physical before starting and at least once a year, as these all can affect an active lifestyle.

With so many different programs, such as Weight Watchers, Keto, and macros, it can be hard to know what to pick. (If you’re interested in Weight Watchers, you can sign up -> here and sign up for $10/month for 10 months.)

I personally use the app Myfitnesspal to track my food.  I use macros and focus on High Protein (calories, fat, protein, and carbohydrates) and rotate through cuts and maintenance calories. (Use a calculator like this -> here)  . I did WW for years, but now that I am more maintenance, with cuts throughout the year, and focusing on mobility with strength training. There is no right or wrong answer, as all bodies are different.

How Pure Protein And Weight Watchers Work Together

Pure Protein products are designed to be rich in high-quality protein while mindful of calories and carbs. This aligns perfectly with WW’s points system, which encourages a balanced diet by assigning points to foods based on nutritional value. Pure Protein items typically score low on the WW points scale, making them an excellent choice for those tracking their intake.

Satiety And Portion Control

One of the key benefits of high protein intake, like that offered by Pure Protein products, is the feeling of fullness or satiety. This can significantly reduce cravings and overeating. Combined with WW’s point system, it encourages portion control and mindful eating, leading to more effective weight management.

Why You Will Love Pure Protein With Weight Watchers:

Both Pure Protein and WW understand the importance of convenience in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Pure Protein’s ready-to-eat products and WW’s user-friendly point-tracking system make it easier for individuals to stay on track with their health goals, even on busy days.

Pure Protein Bars

These Pure Protein Bars are my go-to in my car, purse, and hiking bag. They are lower points than most bars and have a good amount of protein! These bars range from 5-6 points per bar.

Pure Protein Nut Bites

These Pure Protein Nut Bites are one of my favorite candy substitutes; they are chocolate but also have protein! While they are 5-6 points a piece, it’s fewer than a candy bar.

Pure Protein Candy Bites

One of the newest products is Pure Protein Candy Bites, and they are a great sweet tooth satisfier! They work out to 3 points a bite with 5 grams of protein.

Pure Protein Chips

If you need something crunchy and salty, the Pure Protein Protein chips are popped crisps that satisfy that craving. You won’t miss those greasy potato chips, in classic flavors like hickory barbecue or sour cream and onion! They are 4 points for a bag but make an excellent snack when paired with veggies or alongside a zero point bowl of Slow Cooker Chicken Fajita Soup

Understanding Pure Protein’s Nutritional Benefits

Pure Protein products are a win for anyone on a weight loss journey, especially those following the Weight Watchers program. Here’s why they’re a nutritional powerhouse:

Optimal Protein Intake: Pure Protein offers a range of products with high protein content. The recommended daily protein intake is 0.5 to 1 gram per pound of ideal body weight, depending on activity levels and goals.

Muscle Building and Strength: Protein is crucial for muscle and strength building, indirectly improving athletic performance. Pure Protein’s offerings, which include bars, shakes, and powders, are rich in high-quality protein, aiding in muscle support and recovery, especially post-workout.

Versatility and Convenience: Pure Protein products are great whether you need a pre-workout energy boost or post-workout recovery. They provide essential carbs and protein for energy and muscle support.

Low Carb-Friendly Options: Pure Protein shakes (with 30g or 35g protein) are ideal for those on a Paleo-like or keto diet, as they are high in protein and low in carbohydrates. Additionally, Pure Protein powders share a similar nutritional profile, making them a flexible choice for various dietary preferences.

Whey Protein Benefits: Pure Protein products often contain whey protein, derived from milk, known for its complete amino acid profile. This high-quality protein supports lean muscle and strength in conjunction with a balanced diet and exercise plan. Whey and casein, the two major protein components of milk, are found in many Pure Protein shakes and bars.

Women’s Health: Pure Protein powders are also a great option for women, offering low-fat, great-tasting products that are high in protein and low in sugar. These can be integrated into meals or used around workout times for additional exercise support.
