These Weight Watchers chicken crock pot recipes are genuinely a dinner-time saver! Life is too busy to make two different dinners for the family, and thankfully, these recipes are all family-approved! Time-saving and healthy for dinner is a double win! These recipes are perfect for counting points or counting calories.

Slow Cooker Recipes have always been my go-to! Balancing schedules and everyone’s taste in food can be a struggle. Thankfully, WW recipes use ingredients that my whole family loves!
Now, swapping out typical fat-heavy products like cream of chicken soup and cream cheese for things like yogurt works, but it can be harder to do in a crockpot. A reduced-fat option will lower points, and lower-sodium products will also help reduce the salt content.
A Note From Jenny
When starting any healthy lifestyle, consult a doctor to address any personal health concerns. Some things can only be addressed medically and by a professional. Blood sugar levels, blood pressure, and hormones checked at a physical before starting and at least once a year, as these all can affect an active lifestyle.
With so many different programs, such as Weight Watchers, Keto, and macros, it can be hard to know what to pick. (If you’re interested in Weight Watchers, you can sign up -> here and sign up for $10/month for 10 months.)
I personally use the app Myfitnesspal to track my food. I use macros and focus on High Protein (calories, fat, protein, and carbohydrates) and rotate through cuts and maintenance calories. (Use a calculator like this -> here) . I did WW for years, but now that I am more maintenance, with cuts throughout the year, and focusing on mobility with strength training. There is no right or wrong answer, as all bodies are different.
What Size Crock Pot To Use
Trust me, you will want to use a size allowing for leftovers. Healthy comfort food isn’t hard; you will want to use a crockpot with enough cooking space. I prefer to cook on low heat, but the total time for cooking can also be affected.
I am a big fan of my 8-quart crockpot for large batches or stews, but I also use my 4-quart for smaller batches of food. See my guide on Crockpot Sizes here.
