Now I have to say Homemade Beef Stroganoff so beats college cafeteria food, and I think making Beef Stroganoff with sour cream was the way to go!

Creamy Easy Beef Stroganoff Ingredients:
- Steak
- Butter
- Mushrooms– We used fresh mushrooms that we cut up; canned mushrooms will work if you can’t find fresh ones.
- Onion– I used red onions, but you can use any color of onion that you prefer.
- Beef Broth
- Ketchup
- Minced Garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- Flour
- Sour Cream
How To Make Creamy Easy Beef Stroganoff:
Start a pot of water boiling.

Slice up your beef if needed, into one-inch cubes. Now a good knife is a must-have in any kitchen, Amazon has an amazing selection for under $10 most times!
Warm-up a large skillet and start to melt in your butter.
Add the mushroom and onions to the melted butter.
Saute until the onion is tender and set in a separate bowl to the side.
In the skillet, drop in your steak and cook until light brown.

Set 1/3 cup of beef broth off the side to finish the meal.
Add into your skillet the remaining broth, ketchup, garlic, and salt.

Cover with a lid and simmer for about 15 minutes.
Once the noodles are done coat them with butter.
Blend the 1/3 cup beef broth with the flour in a small bowl.
Mix into the skillet the broth and flour and then bring back to a boil while stirring constantly for 1 minute.
Lower the heat and add in the mushroom and onions into the skillet.

Stir in the sour cream to make the mixture creamy.

Serve over the egg noodles, we mixed everything into a big pot to mix into one big dish.
