This Easy Creamy Beef Stroganoff Recipe I just recently made for the first time! I have to say I had not ever had beef stroganoff until I went off to college in the school cafeteria. Now I was surprised at how easy this was to make the first time and I have made it a couple of times since then.

Sirloin steak was on sale at the store, making this a practical meal for the budget. Now I have to say my oldest was excited about dinner just because of the egg noodles. Now I have to say Homemade Beef Stroganoff so beats college cafeteria food, and I think making Beef Stroganoff with sour cream was the way to go!
Creamy Easy Beef Stroganoff Ingredients:
Mushrooms– We used fresh mushrooms that we cut up; canned mushrooms will work if you can’t find fresh ones.
Onion– I used red onions, but you can use any color of onion that you prefer.
Flour–I used all purpose flour
