The holidays are coming up, which means time to make Chocolate Dipped Peanut Butter Ritz!!! They are one of my favorite holiday treats!   Yes, they are as amazing as they sound; chocolate, salt, and peanut butter completely win!

It’s no secret in my family I am a chocolate and peanut butter lover, so my mom makes these every Christmas without fail!!  They are easy to make, and when you shop sales, they can be a budget-friendly treat to give and enjoy!! There are a lot of ways you can change these up as well.

Chocolate Dipped Peanut Butter Ritz Ingredients:

  • Ritz Crackers
  • Peanut Butter
  • Melting Chocolate

Chocolate Dipped Peanut Butter Ritz Directions:

Open your sleeve of Ritz Crackers and pick out all the whole crackers.

Using a knife or small spatula, spread peanut butter on the cracker carefully so as not to break the cracker.

Top with another cracker to make a sandwich

Repeat this process until you are ready to dip your Ritz sandwiches into chocolate.

In a small pan, start to melt your chocolate in a low-temperature setting, be sure to stir with a spatula to avoid the chocolate burning.

Layout wax paper, and you will set the dipped Ritz Peanut Butter Sandwiches onto them.

Use a fork or small tongs to dip your Ritz sandwich into your melted chocolate.

Set the dipped sandwich onto your wax paper.

Allow the dipped sandwiches to set until the chocolate has hardened; you can refrigerate them to help along the setting process.
