Air fryer broccoli is a new favorite air-fried vegetable of mine. I love my oven, but I love how easy it is to make vegetables in the air fryer. Roasted vegetables are one of the ways I balance a healthy diet.

Now broccoli is one of those Zero Point Foods on Weight Watchers and an easy veggie side dish. Broccoli is also keto, whole 30, and paleo if you are not on WW. And let’s face it: a side dish like air fryer broccoli means no prep work, and you can cook it frozen, which means no trimming of fresh broccoli florets.
WHAT IS Weight Watchers?
When starting a new weight loss program or diet change, consult a doctor or physician about personal health concerns. It is a good idea to have blood sugar levels, blood pressure, and hormones checked at a physical before and during being on the WW program.
New to Weight Watchers?? Also known as WW, a weight loss program uses points assigned to food to track and lose weight. When you sign up, you take an assessment that will assign you a point value to eat daily and a weekly allowance. You can carry over 4 points from the day into your weekly budget, which is handy when you need more points.
I have been on Weight Watchers since 2011. They have had Points Plus Value, WW Smartpoints, Blue Plan, Green Plan, Purple Plan, WW Personal Points, and now Weight Watchers Points. The new Weight Watchers Simplified plan is the new program launched in November 2022, similar to previous plans like WW Smartpoints, with some color plans. No matter the WW plan, they work to help you learn healthy eating habits. I have hit lifetime goal weight several times but stopped operating the plan and tracking, so the weight does creep back on.

Air Fryer Broccoli Ingredients
Frozen Broccoli Florets– Cooking frozen broccoli in the air fryer is fast and easy. You can also use fresh broccoli. The cooking times will be different.
how to cook frozen broccoli in air fryer
Start by spraying your air fryer basket or rack with a nonstick spray. I made this in the Typhur Dome Air Fryer!
Next, spread the amount of frozen broccoli you want to cook into the air fryer basket or on the racks.
Sprinkle the broccoli with the seasoning of your choice. I used Johnny’s and a bit of Garlic salt on mine.
Place the basket or racks back in the air fryer and turn to 425 degrees for 12 minutes.
Remove the basket or the rack and shake the broccoli around. You can use tongs for this if you want.
Cook at 425 for about another five minutes.
Cook longer if needed, or remove and serve.

How to store Leftover Air Fried Broccoli
I try to make the right amount, but I have also done this for meal prepping. Store in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to three days after making.
