I love grilled vegetables and this Easy Grilled Zucchini Recipe is my go-to when I get a good deal on zucchini!! Easy Grilled Zucchini Recipe Ingredients:
- 2 Zucchinis Sliced in Half
- Montreal Steak Seasoning
- Johnny’s Seasoning Salt
- Lawrys Garlic Salt
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
How To Make Grilled Zucchini:
Slice your zucchini into halves and trim off any of the stems that are left on the zucchini.
Measure out your olive oil and use a brush to on the olive oil on the inside part of the zucchini. I measure mine out as I tend to use less when basting then drizzling the oil on.

Season to taste with your seasonings, you could even change these up.
Fire up your grill to medium-high heat.
On your upper rack place your zucchinis and allow to cook for about ten minutes and then flip again.
When they are closer to being done I move them down to the bottom rack to ensure the doneness.
