I got a confession to make!! Snacking is a huge downfall of mine when it comes to losing weight. Plus, snacking is key to staying satisfied when trying to lose weight, and these Weight Watchers snacks under 5 Points are perfect for that when you are on the plan.

These snacks could be a meal in themselves, an excellent choice for after your workout, or a splurge in between meals. As always, lower-point snacks are a great choice since you can have more of them, but any of these is a great healthy option.

These 21 Weight Watchers Snacks Under 5 Points Plus!!! They are perfect for helping to curb your hunger while on the Weight Watchers Plan!

(I have included affiliate links to products I love. As an Amazon Associate, I earn from qualifying purchases.) In addition, this post contains affiliate links that will make me a small commission when used to order online.

Now one thing I have learned from being a member of weight watchers is finding what you like and making sure you are prepared!! As you go along the journey you will learn what you like and what satisfies your cravings to help you stay on track.

WHAT IS Weight Watchers?

When starting a new weight loss program or diet change, consult a doctor or physician about personal health concerns. It is a good idea to have blood sugar levels, blood pressure, and hormones checked at a physical before and during being on the WW program.

New to Weight Watchers?? Also known as WW, a weight loss program uses points assigned to food to track and lose weight. When you sign up, you take an assessment that will assign you a point value to eat daily and a weekly allowance. You can carry over 4 points from the day into your weekly allowance, which is handy when you need more points.

I have been on Weight Watchers since 2011. They have had Points Plus Value, WW Smartpoints, blue plan, green plan, purple plan, WW Personal Points, and now Weight Watchers Points. The new Weight Watchers Simplified plan is the new program launched in November 2022 similar to previous plans like WW Smartpoints, with some color plans.

No matter the WW plan, they work to help you learn healthy eating habits. I have hit lifetime goal weight several times but stopped operating the plan and tracking, so the weight does creep back on. You stay on as a lifetime member, working towards your goal. Head on over ->here to get a month for free.

Now I don’t’ know about you but I have to plan my week out or I am not successful at all! One of the tools that help me to plan the most is my scale!  I weigh out my snacks so I can get the most accurate serving if it’s not prepackaged and label it correctly! I use it for meals, snacks, drinks, and so much more!! If you had to pick one tool to buy it would be the food scale, Plus you can order a set on Amazon so you don’t even have to leave the house, order and bam UPS man is at your house when you use Amazon Prime 2 day delivery!  (Don’t have Prime?? You NEED for easy online shopping!!)

I’m pretty sure most, if not all fruit is 0 points.

This is the Points Plus, not the freestyle that considers fruit as free! The old points diet counted fruit- because of it’s sugar content. But now the freestyle eliminates fruit as having points. 🙂 Some of these points are off for the freestyle.

Sorry heather but that’s not correct…ww points counted fruit…ww points PLUS all fruit and veg (except peas and corn) are free. Just wanted you to know that since it confused some people.

Wish there was a “Print” button on your pages, without the advertisements in it. We can look at the ads, but for printing purposes it would be nice to have a “clean copy”. Love your pages! Thank you for taking time to post this; a great help!

1 cup of fresh veggies and 1 cup of fresh fruit should be zero on Points Plus, not 1 …unless it’s avocado or potato
