I got a confession to make!! Snacking is a huge downfall of mine when it comes to losing weight. Plus, snacking is key to staying satisfied when trying to lose weight, and these Weight Watchers snacks under 5 Points are perfect for that when you are on the plan.
These snacks could be a meal in themselves, an excellent choice for after your workout, or a splurge in between meals. As always, lower-point snacks are a great choice since you can have more of them, but any of these is a great healthy option.

Now one thing I have learned from being a member of weight watchers is finding what you like and making sure you are prepared!! As you go along the journey you will learn what you like and what satisfies your cravings to help you stay on track.
A Note From Jenny
When starting any healthy lifestyle, consult a doctor to address any personal health concerns. Some things can only be addressed medically and by a professional. Blood sugar levels, blood pressure, and hormones checked at a physical before starting and at least once a year, as these all can affect an active lifestyle.
With so many different programs, such as Weight Watchers, Keto, and macros, it can be hard to know what to pick. (If you’re interested in Weight Watchers, you can sign up -> here and sign up for $10/month for 10 months.)
I personally use the app Myfitnesspal to track my food. I use macros and focus on High Protein (calories, fat, protein, and carbohydrates) and rotate through cuts and maintenance calories. (Use a calculator like this -> here) . I did WW for years, but now that I am more maintenance, with cuts throughout the year, and focusing on mobility with strength training. There is no right or wrong answer, as all bodies are different.
Now I don’t’ know about you but I have to plan my week out or I am not successful at all! One of the tools that help me to plan the most is my scale! I weigh out my snacks so I can get the most accurate serving if it’s not prepackaged and label it correctly! I use it for meals, snacks, drinks, and so much more!! If you had to pick one tool to buy it would be the food scale, Plus you can order a set on Amazon so you don’t even have to leave the house, order and bam UPS man is at your house when you use Amazon Prime 2 day delivery! (Don’t have Prime?? You NEED for easy online shopping!!)

What a great list for all Weight Watchers! Anything to make calculating points easier is good!
Thank you I appreciate anything to help me have success while I am on WW
This so perfect for weight watchers, Thanks for posting.
Awesome list and suggestions. Pinned.
After the last couple of weeks and the weekend to come I definitely need this!
My favorite snacks = roasted sweet potato slices!!!! <3
So glad to see this! We recently started trying new things and one of them was Hummus. Good to know!
I thought fruit was considered 0 points in WW?
Me too!!
I’m pretty sure most, if not all fruit is 0 points.
This is the Points Plus, not the freestyle that considers fruit as free! The old points diet counted fruit- because of it’s sugar content. But now the freestyle eliminates fruit as having points. 🙂 Some of these points are off for the freestyle.
Sorry heather but that’s not correct…ww points counted fruit…ww points PLUS all fruit and veg (except peas and corn) are free. Just wanted you to know that since it confused some people.
So happy to see this list again!
This list is points plus. The new program is smart points!
Wish there was a “Print” button on your pages, without the advertisements in it. We can look at the ads, but for printing purposes it would be nice to have a “clean copy”. Love your pages! Thank you for taking time to post this; a great help!
I need to share this with my mom. She has been so successful with WW over the past 6 years.
Thanks for sharing! I plan to pick up some these things on my next trip to the store.
These points are not accurate….too low with the new WW plan.
What a great list! I lost 80 pounds on Weight Watchers so I know how well it works. Tips like these make it so much easier! – Jerusha,
What are your favorite go to snacks and restaurant choices
I’m just starting and I so appreciate these snack choices. Thank you!
1 cup of fresh veggies and 1 cup of fresh fruit should be zero on Points Plus, not 1 …unless it’s avocado or potato
