Weight Watchers English Muffin Pizza are a long-time family update!! Personally, I love how easy they are to make and the fact I can easily customize them to what each kid likes, Plus I can change them up to fit into my Smartpoints for the day on Weight Watchers. This was made on the Weight Watchers My WW Blue plan, but the points will be different on My WW Purple plan and My WW green plan. (I have included affiliate links to products I love. Now we eat English Muffin Pizzas year-round but they are one of my favorites for tailgating! I can have pizza and not sacrifice a lot of my daily Weight Watchers Smart Points on just pizza! Plus when the kids are home on break or for the summer it makes for a frugal meal for them to eat at home. I often pick up English muffins at the bread store and freeze them for eating later on.

How To Make Weight Watchers English Muffin Pizza:
Start out and preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Take out your English Muffins and cut them in half. Cut your English Muffins in half.
Spead your English Muffin halves out onto a cookie/baking sheet. You can put down parchment paper to prevent the cheese and toppings from cooking onto the cookie sheet.
Spread each half of the English muffins with pizza sauce.
*Now for the two halves that were mine, I measured out 1/4 cup of sauce since 1/8 cup and 1/4 cup of the sauce was 1 point to make sure I didn’t go too much, and I ended up with 1/8 cup of cheese on my pizzas.
Top with cheese and other toppings, I tend to put my other toppings underneath the cheese.
**For the Weight Watchers pizzas for me I cut some Canadian bacon in quarters to make my pizza. I actually snacked on 2 pieces and used only one piece on my pizza. If you have points you can add on more cheese as well. You can use a fat-free cheese or reduce the cheese amount to lower your Smartpoints value for the pizza.**’
Bake for about 10 minutes at 350 degrees in your oven.
You can tell how cheesy these pizzas, plus it’s a great way to get the kids in the kitchen with you cooking and get them started on the cooking. My kids have been helping making this since they were two, they love to top their own pizzas and make them better than their siblings!
Now when I first did these on Weight Watchers Points Plus value they were lower points. Now on the new plan, they are more points but they can be reduced with small substations to the ingredients. Easy substitutions are to swap out for light English muffin, wraps, or use fat-free cheese.
Now with any Weight Watchers recipe be sure to replug your own ingredients into E-tools. Every brand can vary on their points and sometimes people track differently than we do. I, for instance, don’t track milk on the rare occasion I do end up drinking it. Be sure to plug the recipe into your recipe builder.
Ways To Lower Your Smart Points Value:
- Fat-Free Cheese
- Reduced-Fat Cheese
- No toppings with points
- Whole Wheat English Muffins
