I have a bit of an obsession with tailgating recipes for watching sports and of course pairing them up with Coca-Cola™. The only way to make these recipes better is to pair it up with The Big Tournament this time of year! This year The Big Tournament has really snuck up on me, and while I tend to do a lot of crockpot or grilling for tailgating I decided to try my hand at a dip made in the oven. The ingredients to this Easy chicken Quesadilla Dip are things I have on hand quite often making it even easier to whip up for last minute parties!
