This 4 Ingredient Stove Top Meatloaf recipe has become one of my secret weapons on a busy soccer practice night. I have never made a “normal” meatloaf because every recipe I have ever read sounds like a lot of work, and I am a lazy cook during the week. So when I discovered how easy this was, it had to be made.

This recipe was first made in 2012 and was updated in 2023

The first time I made this, I wasn’t sure the kids would eat this!! I had never made a traditional meatloaf, but the fact it was an easy meatloaf recipe sold me on trying it. This was a flavorful meatloaf, and the whole family loved it. Plus if you are on a lower-calorie diet, this is a great way to lower the calories on the main dish of your meal.
WHAT IS Weight Watchers?
When starting a new weight loss program or diet change, consult a doctor or physician about personal health concerns. It is a good idea to have blood sugar levels, blood pressure, and hormones checked at a physical before and during being on the WW program.
New to Weight Watchers?? Also known as WW, a weight loss program uses points assigned to food to track and lose weight. When you sign up, you take an assessment that will assign you a point value to eat daily and a weekly allowance. You can carry over 4 points from the day into your weekly allowance, which is handy when you need more points.
I have been on Weight Watchers since 2011. They have had Points Plus Value, WW Smartpoints, blue plan, green plan, purple plan, WW Personal Points, and now Weight Watchers Points. The new Weight Watchers Simplified plan is the new program launched in November 2022 similar to previous plans like WW Smartpoints, with some color plans.
No matter the WW plan, they work to help you learn healthy eating habits. I have hit lifetime goal weight several times but stopped operating the plan and tracking, so the weight does creep back on. You stay on as a lifetime member, working towards your goal. Head on over ->here to get a month for free.

Stove Top Meatloaf Recipe Ingredients:
- Egg- I used a large egg.
- Stove Top– The flavor of the stove top stuffing mix doesn’t make much difference. Turkey stuffing and chicken stuffing are my go, but this would be tasty with Savory Herb Stuffing.
- Water
- Ground Turkey– The store I went to only had 90% turkey, so there were more calories in mine than the 99% one which is zero points.
How To Make Stovetop 4 Ingredient Meatloaf Recipe:
Beat together the egg and 1 cup of water in a large bowl.
Mix the ground turkey and Stove Top into the water and egg mixture.

Spray a bread pan loaf or grease down. I love my glass Pyrex loaf pans; I never have an issue with food sticking to them.

G & S Metal Products Company OvenStuff Nonstick Large Loaf Baking Pan, Set of 2, Gray
Put the meat mixture into the sprayed loaf pan and smash it down. I smahsed the meatloaf mixture with my hands for this part.
*Now, you could use a square pan or a bundt pan as the baking dish. A meatloaf pan is not necessary with the turkey as there will not be a lot of grease that will be cooked out. If you end up using a pound of ground beef there will be more grease that cooks out.*

Bake for about 45 minutes!!! You will want to use a meat thermometer to ensure the ground turkey has cooked all the way through. The internal temperature should be 165 degrees.
Serve and enjoy!

What to serve with meatloaf
I love that lower-point main courses have wiggle room on points for the side dishes. Or if you have used all your weeklies and trying to stay within your point allowances, you can pick a low-point side dish. Be sure to plug all food into your e-tools to verify points value.
- Mashed Potatoes– Plain mashed potatoes work out to 4 points per cup. If you are not on WW, I highly recommend Loaded Mashed Potatoes; it’s one of my favorite sides.
- Garlic Bread– English Muffin Garlic Bread is one of my favorite ways to keep dinner light. Garlic Cheesy pull apart bread is a great size side dish as well.
- Green Beans
- Ceasar Salad– Use a lower-calorie dressing to keep it lighter.
- Acorn Squash
- Green Salad
- Baked Sweet Potatoes– A medium-baked sweet potato is only 2 points, so an excellent lower-point option over regular potatoes.
- Steamed Broccoli
- Grilled Zucchini
- Grilled Corn On The Cob
- Oven Roasted Baby Potatoes
- Air Fryer Zucchini Chips
How To Store leftover meatloaf
If your pan has a lid, use the lid to make an air-tight container. If not, you can wrap the dish with plastic wrap or aluminum foil. Store in the fridge for up to three days after making.
How To Reheat Leftover Meatloaf
You can reheat it in the oven or place it in the microwave. If you don’t want to use the oven you can also use the air fryer to reheat a serving.
What To Put On Your Meatloaf
Now, some of these will change this dish’s point value or calories, so be sure to track them as you add them.
Other 4 Ingredient Meatloaf Add-In Options:
You can add these to the base recipe of the Stove Stove Top Stuffing Meatloaf. Some of these will change the nutritional information of the dish, but it can add different flavors.
- Ground Chicken
- Lean Ground Beef
- Onions
- Onion Powder
- Bread Crumbs
- Tomato Sauce
- Worcestershire Sauce
Weight Watchers Points Breakdown
I did not find the 99% fat-free ground turkey when I made it this time; that is zero points. The points for the 90% worked out to 7 points per serving. Be sure to recalculate your points when you make this, as servings and different brands will change the point value.

I would cook meat loaf until it was fully cooked, and then drain any oils off that might of surfaced.
After draining the meat loaf i use this topping and put it on full length of meat loaf and bake until you see it sort of browning and bubbly. In the topping is a cup or more or catsup, equal amount of brown sugar . Mix these two items well and then pour over the meat loaf from side to side and end to end. Cook until you see it bubbling and beginning to get a little brown. You will never cook a meat loaf without this topping again. Or at least my family likes it that well.

She doesn’t include it, which is weird. But I searched Stove Top 4-ingredient meatloaf and a different recipe says at 350 degrees. I am going to try that and keep an eye on it. I plan to do the knife check to see if it comes clean and ad snore time as needed. Hope this helps.

I made it but also added a grated zuccini. I also let the stovetop soak in 1 cup of milk instead of water and the egg for about 20 minutes to get it nice and soft. then I mixed it into the turkey with 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp kosher salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/2 to 1 tsp epiciure sage and apple seasoning, 1 TBSP parsley flakes. Mixed it all together and then made a glaze with a mixture of ketchup and balsamic vinegar for the top
