This Oven-Baked Ranch Pork Chops Recipe is one that I knew instantly would be a hit with my family! With fall now here the gloomy weather has arrived in Washington State and is pretty much here to stay sadly. Ranch seasoning is one of those flavors I can put on meat and the kids will eat it. For me, if it’s an easy recipe that’s a total win for me, even better when I can easily adapt to WW. This was made on the Weight Watchers My WW Blue plan, but the points will be the same on My WW Purple plan and My WW green plan. (I have included affiliate links to products I love. Now with being on WW my family eats a lot of the same food as I do. I have gotten to where I can look at a recipe and either modify it or know right away if I can work it into my points. This is one I know the meat would be lean and oil amount would be very small per serving. However, the flavor was a total win!

How To Make Baked Ranch Pork Chops:
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
Take a baking pan and line with foil. Now my mom swears by metal pans I, however, am a Pyrex girl thru and thru! I love the ones that have handles for easy oven removal, however since there wasn’t a full family for dinner that night I used a small pan to make these in.

In a small bowl mix your oil and ranch seasoning.
Lay your pork chops out on the tin foil in the pan. You can trim off any excess fat off the pork chops as well. I used boneless for our dinner but you could use bone-in pork chops as well.
Be sure to salt and pepper your pork chops to your personal preference and taste.
Next drizzle the oil combination over your pork chops.
Top your pork chops with dried parsley.
Now for mine, this is where it can get tricky for tracking WW points. I tried to keep mine kind of off to the side of the pan on its own and only did a small brushing of the mixture on mine. I also put dibs on the most trimmed piece of pork chops as well.
For tracking, you can see that a ¼ cup of Olive Oil was 17 smart points. Now I eyeballed my oil and called it 1 Tbsp. for my tracking even though I think it was less oil. I also weighed my meat to get the right amount after it was cooked. My pork chop was 3.5 oz. so I tracked it as 4 Smart points for my meat.
Bake your pork chops for about 30 minutes.
Double-check they cook to an internal temp over 160 for pork and serve!!
I paired these up with baby potatoes it was an amazing dinner. (You can get my Oven Roasted Garlic Potatoes recipe -> here)
