I am amazed at how easy these Crescent Roll Peach Dumplings were to make!! Now I have a family member who is obsessed with Pioneer Woman! We had gotten her a cookbook for Christmas, so when we went for dinner, she offered to make a recipe with Isabella for dessert. Isabella was ecstatic to make a fancy dessert in her fancy baking pans.

Now peach dumplings are one dessert we had never had, but Isabella is a fruit lover so it’s what she picked out of The Pioneer Woman Cooks: Come and Get It!  We had given this to her for Christmas a couple of years ago, so Isabella was excited to see her use the gift too.  Now Pioneer Woman makes unique dishes to bake in as well, which we had to use!

Pour your can of sprite around the dumplings in the pan; if you feel it is too much liquid, then scale back on some of the Sprite.
