This grilled garlic chicken marinade is one of those easy weeknight dinner recipes that will be a favorite in your summer dinner rotation. This is a simple paste made with Better Than Bouillon garlic base, olive oil, and a handful of seasonings that makes the perfect marinade for boneless skinless chicken breasts with a deep, savory flavor in as little as 30 minutes. Each serving packs 25 grams of protein at 325 calories, a high protein dinner easy to throw on the grill.

Grilled chicken breasts often get a reputation for being dry or bland, but a marinade fixes both problems. The Better Than Bouillon base makes for a built in brine, that makes for juicy chiken with delicous flavors better then a dry rub. If you’re meal prepping for the week, this chicken is perfect for slicing over salads, served in wraps, or will pair with roasted veggeies for lunch or dinner.

How To Make Grilled Garlic Chicken:
I chose to use boneless, skinless chicken breasts when Kylie and I planned out our dinner. If they are big or you make too much, don’t worry; the leftovers are tasty.

Now I had never used the garlic base, so I was excited to try it out! As soon as I opened the jar, you could smell the fantastic flavor.

In a bowl, mix your marinade ingredients until you reach a paste-like consistency.

In a container or a bag, cover your chicken with the paste.
Be sure to allow the chicken to marinate for at least half an hour. You could let this to marinate overnight. I brushed and shook around the chicken container a bit to ensure the chicken was coated.

Rub your grill with oil or nonstick to ensure your chicken won’t stick.
Fire up your grill to medium-high heat.
Once your grill is heated, place your chicken on the top rack.
Flip your chicken after about 15 minutes, and then check with a food thermometer. Chicken should be cooked to 165 degrees or hotter before serving.

Serve and enjoy!!
