With a new twist on burgers, these Roasted Garlic Chicken Ranch Burgers are perfect for your summer cookout!  I loved using the ground chicken to make a tasty burger like this!! Burgers are a favorite but lightening it up with chicken is nice to do sometimes!

Chicken Ranch Burgers Served on a green plate

I am having a blast trying new recipes and meats on the grill this year! This is my first time cooking with ground chicken at home.  I love them when we eat out, so I had to try making them at home!

Roasted Garlic Chicken Ranch Burgers Ingredients:

  • Ground Chicken
  • Eggs
  • Bread Crumbs
  • Hidden Valley Roasted Garlic Ranch– Any liquid ranch will also work for this recipe.
  • Bacon
  •  Monterey jack cheese
  • Hamburger Buns

How To Make Chicken Burgers Directions:

Prepare your bacon. I baked mine in the oven at 350 degrees. It took about 20-25 minutes to get it to the doneness we liked for our burger topping.

We laid parchment paper on a cookie sheet and sprayed it with nonstick spray, and then laid out the strips of bacon.

Spray your grill with nonstick and fire it up at low-medium heat.

In a large bowl, crack one egg and mix in your chicken.

From here, we kind of just went with the squirt and scoop method.

Squeezing ranch into ground chicken and bread crumbs

While I was mixing the chicken with my hands, my daughter would squeeze in ranch and then scoop in bread crumbs till I got the consistency that I wanted.

Mixed Garlic Ranch Chicken burger patty mixture

Form your patties with a patty press or by hand.

Place your chicken patties onto the grill.

Be sure to keep an eye on them and flip as needed.

We always double-check they are done with a meat thermometer for food safety, especially with chicken.

Once your patty is done, place bacon and cheese on the grill to melt the cheese a bit and seal it all in.

Place on the bun and top with more toppings if you choose, you can add more ranch to the bun as a sauce as well.

The sweet chili variety would also work great with this recipe.

This sounds real good and pretty easy to make. I like using ground chicken instead of hamburg and the ranch with it sounds delicious.

I need ideas for dinner and this is a really good Chicken Ranch burger that I will be making. I think it will be a fun dinner to make and it is healthier than beef.

These look delicious. My husband loves chicken burgers and we usually put a little mayo in them for moistness…this looks much better. Pinned and will be making.
