Give me a good no bake cookie recipe or any no bake desserts, and this girl is happy in the summertime! The heat in the summer makes it hard to want to cook, and if the oven isn’t on, the house will remain cooler! Cookies, dessert salads, fudge, the possibilities are endless!

Why make a no bake dessert? During the summertime, we always hold BBQs or potlucks that would not be the same without a dessert! I mean, everyone knows that dessert is the best part of the meal, so why let the heat of summer stop you?
