Premier Protein has always been one of my favorites for staying on track with eating healthy and getting in my protein. This shake tastes like ice cream but works out to only 3 Weight Watchers points if you are on the plan.  I drink a chocolate shake almost every morning and pack them for when I work out too.  They are great for staying on plan.

How To Make Root Beer Protein Shakes:

I used my Nina Bl482 blender ->here; I have used this for years for fruit smoothies, so I knew the ice wouldn’t be a problem for blending.

In your blender cup or blender, pour in your Premier Protein and add in your Root Beer powder stick.

Blend until the powder is dissolved, and then add ice.

Blend until ice is well blended.

*You may be able to find the root beer in liquid flavoring, but I had no luck finding it.*
