Cilantro Lime Chicken Recipe is a favorite at my house that we have been making for years!! I love that now chicken breasts are zero smart points on the Weight Watchers plan, and this one point smart points recipe is perfect! The best part of this Cilantro Lime Chicken Recipe is how easy it is to make! I try to have boneless skinless chicken breasts on hand at all times. I love how this made a lot of all zero point smart points food. Now the first time I made this the “Green” things made my kids nervous but they loved the chicken and even ate the “green” things they didn’t want!! Over the years they have grown used to cilantro in our food. We chose to serve this over white rice, and I use the leftovers on my salad and in wraps as well.

Cilantro Lime Chicken Recipe Ingredients:
- Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- Limes or lime juice
- Minced garlic to taste
- 2 Tablespoon olive oil
- Cilantro about 1 tablespoon and up chopped up to taste
Optional other seasonings cumin, cayenne pepper, chili powder, and mixing in avocado.
Cilantro Lime Chicken Recipe Directions:
Prepare your garlic, cilantro, and lime if needed, avocados as well if you want that as well.
Trim any fat off your chicken and chop into chunks
In a bowl cover the chicken with some lime juice and mix in with the garlic
In a frying pan warm up your olive oil and fry begin to cook your chicken in the pan.
When you chicken has browned and cooked through thru (I always check mine with a meat thermometer -> here from Amazon), mix in your cilantro and a bit more lime juice if you would like.

Serve on rice, in tacos, on salad, as just chicken, or in a wrap! I personally love this plain and eat it as a snack throughout the day too!
Now the best part is the only thing with points is the olive oil!! Plus its also keto friendly if you have friends that are keto, I have a couple that we have over so its handy for me to know recipes they can enjoy as well.
