Instant Pot Shredded Chicken Tacos are a time saver on Taco Tuesday!! Is there anything better than that day of the week?? You may have seen on Instagram last week that we were in Seaside, OR with another family, we were lucky enough to stay at a condo with them. This is going to be the main way I do our shredded chicken for tacos from here on out! Taco Tuesday is a hit in our house, even if it falls on a Thursday! Now we brought her 8 quart Instant Pot (you can see it ->here on Amazon) but we used my 6 Quart Instant Pot to make this up. I do have to say I have 8 Quart Instant Pot envy and I think I am going to be ordering one soon!

Instant Pot Shredded Chicken Tacos Ingredients:
- Chicken Breasts (we had almost five pounds)
- Taco Seasoning (you can use my homemade one → here)
- Fajita Seasoning
- Minced Garlic
- Minced Onion
McCormick Granulated Garlic, 26 ozBadia Fajita Seasoning, 9.5 oz
McCormick Minced Onion, 8.25 oz
How To Make Instant Pot Shredded Chicken Tacos:
Add about 1/2 a cup of water into the Instant Pot Liner
Turn the Instant Pot on to saute to start to warm up the pot
Season your chicken as desired
Press manual pressure and press the + sign up to 15
Close the lid and allow to cook
Once done shred your chicken in the pot with either meat claws or kitchen scissors (all we had was the scissors that were in the knife block)
Serve up on your tacos and enjoy!!

Ingredients
- Chicken breasts we had almost five pounds
- Taco Seasoning
- Fajita Seasoning
- Garlic Granulated
- Minced onion
Instructions
