According to Isabella White Chocolate Chip Strawberry Cake Mix Cookies Recipe, these were our next logical cake mix cookies to make! With Valentine’s day around the corner, she declared them the perfect love cookie for this time of year!

I love how Isabella has taken the lead on baking and creating new flavor combinations for cookies! We had a cousin over for a sleepover so she deemed it the perfect time to teach someone else how to bake.  They were highly successful and a quick favorite to everyone.  Now if you love muffins, you need to try her other creation Strawberry WW Muffins made from a cake mix. (You can see the recipe -> here)

How TO Make White Chocolate Chip Strawberry Cake Mix Cookies

Bella created the combination from our Red Velvet Cake Mix cookies.  She wanted to try the White Chocolate chips with the strawberry mix.

Start out by preheating your oven to 350 degrees!

White Chocolate Chip Strawberry Cake Mix Cookies Ingredients in bowls

In a bowl, mix your ingredients; we used a spatula because it is a thick batter.  It mixed this way very well this way.

I did get a set of Pioneer Women bowls and measuring cups as a gift for Christmas; we used them for this recipe.  I  loved how fun they were to use.  I had never used measuring cups like this was a neat way to set up the formula with Bella for her to make!

Use a nonstick cookie sheet or place parchment paper on your cookie sheet.

Now I use parchment paper when making a lot of cookies or different varieties. This way, I rip off the paper and lay down fresh pieces. This way, I don’t have to wash the pan in between batches. I have to say I love to bake, but man, the dishes can add up!

Now my next baking secret is I used a cookie scoop to scoop out the batter.  If you aren’t using a cookie scoop to make cookies, you are doing it wrong! I love my Wilton Scoop for making all the cookies and even mini muffins. (You can grab one -> here on Amazon)

Bake for about 13 minutes in your preheated oven. Be sure to adjust the time if you know your oven cooks hot or not.

HOW TO STORE SMORES COOKIES

Store in either an airtight container or Ziploc. The cookies will stay fresh for up to five days.
