So you ever see one of those things and go “oh my gosh how did I not think of this”? This is so me with this English Muffin Garlic Cheese Bread!! I found the idea on From Val’s Kitchen and got extremely excited!! You see I am a a huge bread fan and when I started Weight Watchers I pretty much had given up on garlic bread because I knew it was something my self control would not work on. (I lived and learned on this one) So when I saw Val’s awesome idea I realized I could make this low points to be able to enjoy with spaghetti or when i had the hankering for some garlic bread! Also when its just me and the kids its not feasible to justify the cost of french bread or garlic bread at the bakery so this is a great frugal alternative!!
