Comforting casserole recipes are a must-have in my house!   I am sure any other sports parent out there will agree with me.  To throw in a casserole on practice night to make a filling dinner. Plus, once fall hits, there is nothing cozier than a house smelling of dinner in the oven!

Now living in Washington, there are times that we still use our ovens in the summer because it just doesn’t get warm!! As the kids get older, they request that we expand the casseroles on the meal plan, so I have been hitting Pinterest searching for more ideas!!!

My Go-To Comforting Casserole Recipes: 

Easy Cheesy Ham Noodle Casserole– Easy to make with egg noodles and leftover ham! Add vegetables and cheese for this easy dinner! 

Beef Tater Tot Casserole– This is always a kid’s favorite and is easy to make.  Perfect weeknight dinner with ground beef and tater tots. 

Shepards Pie– The ultimate comfort food! You can’t go wrong with beef cheese and potatoes in a dish!

Turkey Tater Tot Casserole– Use ground turkey to make a healthier version of Tater Tot Casserole! You can throw in canned corn or green beans to add to the casserole.

Breakfast Tater Tot Casserole-An easy breakfast casserole to throw together. The tater tots add amazing flavor to the casserole, making prepping the dinner easy.
