Comforting casserole recipes are a must-have in my house! I am sure any other sports parent out there will agree with me. To be able to throw in a casserole on practice night to make a filling dinner. Plus once fall hits there is nothing cozier than a house smelling of dinner in the oven! Now with living in Washington, there are times that we still use our ovens in the summer because it just doesn’t get warm!! As the kids are getting older they are starting to request that we expand the casseroles on the meal plan so I have been hitting Pinterest searching for more ideas!!!
