Square Pancakes AKA Casserole Pan Pancakes are the perfect way not to kill pancakes. If you are a parent like me shiny object kicks in often, and when making pancakes I am often also making, eggs, hashbrowns, or bacon and tend to forget to flip the pancakes. That means typically at least half a batch of pancakes is thrown in the trash! (I have included affiliate links to products I love. As an Amazon Associate, I earn from qualifying purchases.)
Now, these have truly been a pancake saver in my house!!! I am CONSTANTLY burning pancakes because I forget to flip them…or I get distracted!! It never fails I make a big batch and of pancakes and I then burn half!! We love pancakes for dinner, AKA brinner, but it can become expensive when I am constantly burning them!! I was excited when I found this recipe from Big Red’s Kitchen back in 2013 and had to try it out! My girls also top theirs with sprinkles and chocolate chips!
