Easy Tuna Casserole With Cornflakes Recipe!!

This Easy Tuna Casserole With Cornflakes Recipe is one of the family’s favorite casserole dinners! We have been making this since 2017 and have tried so many variations based on the base recipe. Ironically, we have even made this by accident with Frosted Flakes instead of the original Cornflakes.

Weeknights are crazy with the kids’ soccer schedule and after-school activities!! Tuna Casserole is always a hit with the family!!!  As the mom, I love that it’s quick and easy, and the ingredients are ones I always have on hand. I can also get them at great prices at the grocery store.

Easy Tuna Casserole Directions: 

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.

Cook your egg noodles according to the directions and strain when they are done. 

Mix together the cream of chicken, mayonnaise, and milk in a large bowl.

Next, add the diced celery and onion to your mixture.

Add next, strain the tuna and add to the bowl.

After mixing add in the cooked and strained egg noodles.  

Finally, after everything is well mixed in add in the amount of cheese if you want.

Salt and pepper to your taste, and add in other seasonings if you want to. 

Spray casserole pan and place in a 9X13 pan spray with nonstick and spread out the mixture.

Top with crushed corn flakes, or you can skip these.

Cook at 375 degrees for about 40-45 minutes, just until the top starts to brown.

  1. This was a great recipe and really easy to make. We sauteed the onions before mixing them in and it was great that way.
