This past Christmas, we wanted to have a good breakfast Christmas morning without much work. Cinnamon rolls are a favorite of the whole family, so we decided to make a Cinnamon Roll Casserole, and it turned out amazing and was the perfect breakfast for Christmas morning as well.

I loved that there was no prep work to this at all. On Christmas Eve, I ensured everything was grouped and ready to go for breakfast the next day. The kids have already asked if we can make it again. Proudly, there were no leftovers left from our Christmas morning breakfast.
Cinnamon Roll Casserole Ingredients:
Cinnamon Roll Casserole Icing Ingredients:
- Powdered sugar
- Containers of ice from refrigerated Cinnamon Rolls
- Cream cheese– This will need to be at room temperature to mix the frosting.

How To Make Cinnamon Roll Casserole:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees

Evenly pour together the egg mixtures over the cut-up cinnamon rolls

Mix the icing ingredients, add more milk if necessary if the icing turns out to be too thick, and whisk until the consistency is smooth
Pour icing evenly over the casserole

Serve and enjoy!

I see that there is melted butter in the ingredients but it doesn’t say anywhere in the recipe instructions where to add it. I did it without for this time.
