What Is A Proffee?
A proffee is coffee with a protein shake in place of creamer! You can use already flavored protein shakes like Salted Caramel, Chocolate, Peanut butter Chocolate, or Mocha. Adding sugar-free syrups is a great way to change the flavors of the coffee. Skinny Girl Drink syrups are one of my favorites to add to my proffees.

Now I love to use the Pure Protein Ready to Drink shakes as they are only 1 Weight Watchers point, and Premier Protein Ready to Drink shakes are 3 WW Points. But in addition to low Weight Watchers points, these drinks are also keto!
How To Make A Blueberry Muffin Proffee
Grab your cup for your proffee. I used a 40-ounce glass tumbler, but any cup would work.
Brew or measure out your coffee or espresso. You can add as much caffeine as you like; be sure to check the time of day for the amount of caffeine.

Pour in your protein shake, coffee, and blueberry flavoring.
Note: While I have pumps, I like to pour and measure when I don’t have enough. (Amazon has great prices, even less then a $1/per pump often here) I measure an ounce on a food scale; a pump is about a 1/4 ounce. You can make this sweeter with more flavoring if you want.

Use a milk frother to blend the flavors. You can do this for as long as you want; add more flavoring at this point if it doesn’t smell strong enough, but also, some brands are more potent than others for flavor.
Optional: add ice. Before topping it, you can put this in the blender to make a blended cold brew or smoothie.
Garnish with whipped topping. You can use as much or as little of this as you want use a food scale to measure for tracking.
Enjoy! You can mix the drink with the whipped topping, but I like to put my straw in and drink some before mixing more.

Weight Watchers Points For A Blueberry Muffin Proffee
Now, the only thing with points is the Birthday Cake protein shake. The protein shake is 3 points. I didn’t track the crumbles, but you could. Be sure to use your Weight Watchers Calculator to verify the points on the current program.
Macros For Blueberry Muffin Latte
The only product with nutritional value is the Premier Protein Cake Batter Shake; it contains 160 calories, 3 grams of fat, 4 grams of carbs, and 30 grams of protein. If you go overboard on the whipped topping, that will affect the value.
I calculated this information using a third-party tool and are meant to be a helpful reference only. Actual values will vary based on the specific ingredients, brands, and portion sizes you use.

A Note From Jenny
When starting any healthy lifestyle, consult a doctor to address any personal health concerns. Some things can only be addressed medically and by a professional. Blood sugar levels, blood pressure, and hormones checked at a physical before starting and at least once a year, as these all can affect an active lifestyle.
With so many different programs, such as Weight Watchers, Keto, and macros, it can be hard to know what to pick. (If you’re interested in Weight Watchers, you can sign up -> here and sign up for $10/month for 10 months.)
I personally use the app Myfitnesspal to track my food. I use macros and focus on High Protein (calories, fat, protein, and carbohydrates) and rotate through cuts and maintenance calories. (Use a calculator like this -> here) . I did WW for years, but now that I am more maintenance, with cuts throughout the year, and focusing on mobility with strength training. There is no right or wrong answer, as all bodies are different.
