Now you want to know my favorite secret for saving money on hotels??? I go through Topcashback or Ebates, always double-check who has the biggest cashback. I then book through Hotels.com where every 10 nights I earn a free stay! Sometimes the hotel will have a bigger cashback option and deal but for me to earn a free night normally earns a better deal for me.
Sign up -> here to get started with Topcashback back or sign up -> here to get started with E-Bates and earn $10 cashback with your first purchase! I don’t shop online or make travel plans without checking these sites for cashback!
Now my family is no stranger to the Extended Stay America hotels, you can read about our Vancouver, WA visit -> here. When we planned our trip we planned to make dinner in the room for Friday night to save money and I have to say it turned out amazing. Our check-in was easy and we just asked the front desk for the dishes set and the pans we needed. They also had dish soap and towels for us to use.
The whole hotel room was comfy and nice and clean, perfect set up for traveling families. Since we cooked in the room saved us a good $30-$40 for dinner. For our exploring of the area, it was the perfect base for our travels in the city. Plus it was quite the money saver for us to not have to eat out for all our meals.
Easy Chicken Parmesan Skillet Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 Lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- Splash Of Italian Dressing
- Olive Oil With Minced Garlic in it
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Box Penne Pasta
- 1 Jar of Red Sauce
HOw To Make Chicken Parmesan Skillet:
A couple of hours before we left home I poured some olive oil into a container and placed in some minced garlic to flavor the oil.
The first step is to cut your chicken into cubed pieces.
Next in your fry pan warm up your desired amount of oil and dressing into your pan at medium-high.
Once the oil is warm cook your diced chicken in the oil and dressing until it is fully cooked.
Once your chicken is cooked pour in your jar of sauce in the pan with the chicken.
Next pour the box of pasta into the pan.
Fill your empty pasta jar back up with water and slowly pour it into the pan.
Stir everything together, be sure to stir slowly and carefully as the pan is full.
Bring the pan to a boil.
Cover with a lid and reduce heat to allow it to simmer.
Allow to cook for about 15 minutes covered, we did check ours every five minutes.
When pasta is tender cover with mozzarella cheese and allows the meal to cook for a couple more minutes until the cheese is melted.
Top with more cheese and parmesan cheese if you want.
Enjoy!!
