My family loves this Easy Cheesy Italian Sausage Pasta Bake!!   Pasta bakes are a huge favorite of my family.   This is one of those dishes that are filling to make for those crazy weeknights.

Easy Cheesy Sausage Pasta Bake

Our schedules are so busy with soccer, school, work, and life.  Easy recipes that kids will eat are my dinner-time savers! I have been working hard at making more of our meals at home.  I look for recipes that have different twists that my kids will love.

Easy Cheesy Italian Sausage Pasta Bake Ingredients:

  • Italian Sausage 
  • Rotini Pasta
  • Pasta Sauce  
  • Olive Oil
  • Minced Garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper 
  • Italian Seasoning
  • Panko Bread Crumbs
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Mozzarella Cheese

How To Make Cheesy Italian Sausage Pasta Bake:

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9 by 13 pan with a non-stick spray. 

Prepare your box of rotini pasta by starting it to boil in a pot, and slice up your Italian sausage.

Once the pasta is done, strain the pasta in a strainer and, using the same pot, put in your olive oil and minced garlic saute on low heat for a couple of minutes.

Add in your Italian sausage let this saute for a couple of minutes and be sure to salt and pepper to taste, with a pinch of Italian seasoning as well.

Pour your sauce into the mixture and mix well.

Next, stir in your pasta and then pour this pasta combination into your 9 by 13 baking pan

In a small bowl, combine together your Panko bread crumbs and your parmesan cheese.

Top with mozzarella cheese and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes until your cheese is melted.

Remove and enjoy!!

Easy Cheesy Sausage Pasta Bake is the perfect quick recipe to whip up for dinner!! Full and hearty it will fill everyone up. Plus it's a great casserole!

Ingredients

  • 1 Package Kelments Italian Sausage
  • 16 ounce Rotini pasta
  • 24 Ounce Pasta Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Pinch Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup Panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
  • Spray a 9 by 13 pan with a non-stick spray

  • Once the pasta is done strain the pasta in strainer ( I prefer the kind that spread over the sink) and using the same pot put in your olive oil and minced garlic saute on low heat for a couple of minutes.
  • Add in your Italian sausage let this saute for a couple of minutes and be sure to salt and pepper to taste and add in a pinch of Italian seasoning
  • Add in your sauce and mix well
  • Mix in your pasta and then pour this pasta combination into your 9 by 13 baking pan
  • In a small bowl combine together your Panko bread crumbs
  • Spread this mixture on top of your pasta mixture in the 9 by 13 baking pan
  • Top with mozzarella cheese bake in the oven for about 15 minutes until your cheese is melted remove and enjoy!
