Creamy Ranch Chicken Skillet Dinner Ingredients:
- 3-4 Boneless Chicken Breast
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Cans Cream of Chicken
- 1 1/2 Cup Milk
- 3 Tbsp Ranch Dressing Powder Or 1 Ranch Dressing Packet
How To Make Creamy Ranch Chicken Skillet Dinner:
Warm your oil in a frypan/skillet on low to medium heat, be sure this pan has a cover.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste.
Once the oil in the pan is warm brown your chicken on both sides of the breasts, this takes about ten to fifteen minutes but the chicken won’t be thoroughly cooked.
Remove your chicken from the pan to a plate when it has browned on both sides.
In the warm pan combine the milk, ranch packet, and cream of chicken and mix it up. ( I used a Silicone Whisk to mix mine and not scratch the pan)
Bring the mixture to a boil so it can thicken up in the pan, if the mixture gets to be too thick you can add in more milk to thin it out.
Put your browned chicken breasts back into the pan and reduce the heat to low and cover the pan with the lid.
Allow the pan to simmer for about ten minutes to finish cooking the chicken fully. Use a meat thermometer to make sure the chicken has cooked all the way thru.
Then serve with rice or noodles!!
