Easy Ground Beef Dinner Recipes can be such a weeknight dinner saver!! I don’t know about your house, but dinner is the last thing I want to think about most nights! With busy after-school schedules, sports, work, and just life, weeknight dinnertime can be chaos! (I have included affiliate links to products I love. Ground beef dinners are dinners that typically all three of my kids will eat without much complaint or issues! I love to watch for meat markdowns to pair with sales to stock up on ground beef for cheap! One tool over the years I have fallen in love with is my Pampered Chef meat chopper; it makes ground meat so much easier to cook!

My next favorite part about ground beef dinners is I always have about 10-20lbs of pre-cooked ground beef in my freezer. (If you aren’t sure how to best do this, check out my post-> here that walks you through how to do it) I will have less prep time for dinner since I only have to do quick thaw the protein for the meal. Talk about a huge win!

I just recently discovered The Hobo Dinner and it is simply amazing and so easy! I boil my carrots and potatoes for a few minutes before putting them in the oven, because we like our potatoes and carrots really did and 20 minutes in my oven doesn’t cut it, but we have had this meal 3 times in the past week for dinner and love it!
