This Easy Hamburger Soup Recipe is one I have been making since 2013. We haven’t really made any changes to it, but it always gets made every fall and winter. It’s one of my go-to recipes for my meal planning, especially on busy soccer nights. (I have included affiliate links to products I love. As an Amazon Associate, I earn from qualifying purchases. )
One of the small changes we have made and that we love is to put in some spaghetti sauce into the soup. This adds in some different flavors to it if we use a flavored sauce. Now to make this even easier I always use some of my frozen cooked ground beef and just defrost and reheat it. (see my post -> here if you have never done this) I originally created our variation based on Adventures of a Betty Crocker Wannabe’s variation (see it here) !! Kylie said her friend’s mom made this with potatoes and it was really good too.
