How To Make No-Bake Oreo Pie

In a large mixing bowl, mix together your instant pudding mix, mint flavoring, and cold milk using a handheld mixer. You can do this by hand, but I prefer the mixer since it’s faster and works well in my large bowl.

Use a spatula to fold in the Cool Whip into your pudding mixture. A handheld mixer will cause it not to be as fluffy.

In a Ziploc bag, crush 12 of the Oreos. If you’d like, you can purchase Oreo crumbs. We enjoy using a rolling pin to crush ours.

Mix the crushed Oreos into the bowl with the pie filling, using the spatula, not the handheld mixer. Alternatively, you can use a food processor to make fine crumbs, but we prefer this dish to be chunky.

Now, if you can’t find a store-bought prepared crust that is an Oreo crust or a chocolate cookie, you can make one. I have not made one before, but my friend has a Homemade Oreo Pie Crust from scratch that will work perfectly. (You can see the recipe-> here)
