This 2-ingredient Strawberry Fudge made with frosting and white chocolate chips is just as simple as delicious! We are huge fans of easy desserts, and this one is a winner. Plus, it’s so straightforward that the kids can whip it up with little to no supervision—a sweet treat for everyone!

We’ve made a variation of this fudge, and it is always a hit when we take it any where! We used my favorite combination of chocolate frosting and peanut butter. (You can check out that recipe ->here.) A friend had talked about a strawberry version, and Isabella insisted we give it a try!

How To Make Fudge With Frosting
Take an 8X8 pan and line it with tin foil. I used an 8×8 Pyrex dish with a lid to store it to harden with the cover.
Spray your foiled pan with a nonstick spray before melting your white chocolate chips.

In a microwave-safe bowl, pour in your white chocolate chips. I put mine in a Pyrex measuring cup so I could pour it quickly into the pan.

Place your bowl in the microwave and microwave for 30 seconds.
Stir the chips and then repeat the process of microwaving for 30 seconds.
I repeated this process four times until all the white chocolate chips were fully melted from the microwave.

Stir in the strawberry frosting into the melted white chocolate chips.
Be sure to stir until everything is well mixed.

Pour into the foiled pan and smooth out the top.
Sprinkle with sprinkles and cover.
Store in the fridge until hardened, at least two hours.

Serve and enjoy!
Now we used baby bottle sprinkles….. my daughter swore she grabbed Valentine’s Day sprinkles to make love fudge. But babies are loved, so we were totally fine with the mistake. This batch of fudge would have been perfect for a baby shower the way we made it!
How To Store 2 Ingredient Fudge
Store this fudge in an airtight container. This can be stored on the counter, but the fudge will soften quite a bit. For a firmer fudge consistency, store in the fridge.

Can I use chocolate chips instead of white chocolate chips
You can! It will just change the flavor and the coloring
All of your recipe’s listed, sounds yummy! I will make them all, not only does the grandchildren have a sweet tooth, so do I.. Thank you for sharing just a start. The Peanut Butter Balls will be made in my kitchen tomorrow.
Sounds good but it can’t be healthy even in small amounts unfortunately.
Semi-sweet chips and cherry frosting. Coffee frosting (recently released) & milk chocolate chips. Both variations worked well with your recipe – thank you!
