This fresh fruit salad recipe is a favorite of my kids! I love living in the Pacific Northwest; we have access to excellent fresh fruit at our farm stands and at our farmer’s markets as well!! While fruit is fantastic, sometimes it can be fun to dress it up.

Now, while I love how much passion my son has for the sport — and how gifted he is – it means that my weeknights are insane. He now has practice three times a week in addition to his sister’s scouts’ activities. One of the kids’ favorites is fruit. No matter what kind it is, they will devour it.
Fruit Salad Ingredients:
- Watermelon
- Cantaloupe
- Strawberries
- Blueberries
- Green grapes
- Whipped topping
- Mini Marshmallows

How To Make Fruit Salad:
Prepare your fruit by washing it and cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all the fruit in a large bowl. You can leave some on the side for garnish.
Mix the whipped topping and marshmallows into the fruit.
Scoop into bowls and serve (garnish with the reserved fruit if you want).
I paired this up with frozen pizza for a total easy weeknight dinner win!

How To Store Fruit Salad
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days; if the fruit is super juicy, it will affect the whipped topping consistency.
