How To Make Honey Carrots
Preheat your oven to 400 Degrees.
Line your baking sheet with parchment paper and spray the paper with nonstick spray. You can use tin foil if you perfet.
In a bowl, dump in the carrots, olive oil, and honey.

You can either put a lid on the bowl or use a spatula to coat the carrots and mix everything together.
*Note, you can spread the carrots on the pan and then drizzle over the olive oil and honey. I trusted this to be a more consistent coating.*
Spread the carrots out onto the cooking sheet into a single layer. I used a spatula to spread mine out so they weren’t touching. You can also use a baking dish in place of the baking pan.

Bake for about 25-35 minutes. Cooking times may vary based on the size of the carrots.
Remove and serve.
