Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 Degrees.
Line your baking sheet with parchment paper and spray the paper with nonstick spray
In a bowl, dump in the carrots, olive oil, and honey.
Either put a lid on the bowl or use it as a patula to toss and coat.
Spread the arrots out onto the cooking sheet.
Bake for about 25-35 minutes.
Remove and serve
