These Snickerdoodle Cake Mix Cookies are so good, they didn’t last long in the house! I love Snickerdoodles, but if you have made them from scratch before, it’s a time-consuming process.  These cake mix cookies are hardly any work and are so tasty!

We have been on a considerable cake mix kick, and I love that Bella can make these with little supervision! I love how these cookies turned out, and it will be my new go-to recipe for Snickerdoodles. Just mix and go. It doesn’t get any easier than that.

How To Make cake mix snickerdoodle cookies:

Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees!

Snickerdoodle Cake Mix Cookies Ingredients in Pioneer Woman Bowls and measuring cups

In a bowl, mix the cake mix powder, the melted buttter, and eggs. We used a spatula because it is a thick batter.

Combine the sugar and the cinnamon in a separate bowl.

I did get a set of Pioneer Woman Mixing Bowls and measuring cups as a gift for Christmas; we used them for this recipe.  I  loved how fun they were to use.  I had never used measuring cups like this was a neat way to set up the formula with Bella for her to make!

Now my next baking secret is I used a cookie scoop to scoop out the batter.  This makes making cookies so easy! (You can grab one -> here on Amazon)

Roll the cookie dough balls in the sugar cinnamon and then place them on the cookie sheet.

Use a nonstick cookie sheet or place parchment paper on your cookie sheet.

Bake for about 13 minutes in your preheated oven. Be sure to adjust the time if you know your oven cooks hot or not.

This made about 18 cookies for me. Because the dough was thicker/sticker, getting smaller scoops for the cookies was harder.

How To Store Snickerdoodle Cookies

Store in either an airtight container or a Ziploc. The cookies will stay fresh for up to five days.
