This Parmesan And Garlic Crisps Recipe is perfect for all the fall soups and even good as a snack by itself!! I love finding new ways to use English muffins! Would you believe these crisps are made out of English muffins??

I don’t know about you, but typically I think of English muffins for breakfast and sometimes it’s easy to forget that they can be used to make other foods, too! I love how many different options there are for making these muffins into lunches, dinners, and appetizers.  One of my favorite quick lunches is English Muffin Pizzas, they are good and so easy to make.

Parmesan And Garlic Crisps Ingredients:

  • English Muffins
  • Butter
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Sea Salt
  • Minced Garlic Dry

 

How To Make Parmesan And Garlic Crisps:

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.

Cut the English muffins in half. 

Next cut the halved Englis muffins crosswise into five strips per muffin half, and arrange them in a single layer, with the cut side down on a cookie sheet.

Cut English Muffins

Bake for about 9-10 minutes or until they are light golden brown, and remove from the oven.

Allow them to cool to room temperature.   *The strips will become crispier as they cool*

Place the cooked strips into a medium bowl and drizzle with butter.

Buttered baked english muffin slices

Toss to coat well with the butter.

Either mix in the bowl with the minced garlic, salt, and cheese or layout on the cookie sheet again and sprinkle with the minced garlic, salt, and cheese.

Seasoning Garlic And Parmesan Cristps

Return them to the oven and bake for 5-6 minutes or until the crisps are a deep, golden brown.

Allow the crisps to cool completely.  Serve up and enjoy!!

Store at room temperature for up to 3 days.
