This Parmesan And Garlic Crisps Recipe is perfect for all the fall soups and even good as a snack by themselves!! Would you believe this is made out of English muffins?? This recipe, Easy Parmesan And Garlic Crisps Recipe, was sponsored by Bays English Muffins, all opinions expressed in my post are my own.
I don’t know about you, but typically I think of English muffins for breakfast and sometimes it’s easy to forget that they can be used to make other foods, too! I love how many different options there are for making these muffins into lunches, dinners, and appetizers. One of my favorite quick lunches is English muffin pizzas, they are good and so easy to make.
Have you seen Bays English muffins before? They are found in the refrigerator section by the eggs and milk. I love that after over 80 years of family tradition, Bays English muffin has stuck to their core values while rewriting the rules!
Bays Muffins come in Original, Sourdough, Multigrain, and Cinnamon Raisin to give different options! You can head on over -> here to see the stores that carry Bay’s, plus all their great recipes!
Parmesan And Garlic Crisps Ingredients:
- 2 Whole Bays English Muffins
- 2 Tablespoons Melted Butter
- 3 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/3 Teaspoon Coarse Sea Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic Dry
*You could reduce or increase the amount of garlic based on your taste preference*
Parmesan And Garlic Crisps Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees
Cut muffins in half
Cut muffins crosswise, into five strips per muffin half, and arrange in a single layer, with the cut side down on a cookie sheet.
Bake for about 9-10 minutes or until they are light golden brown, and remove from the oven.
Allow them to cool to room temperature. *The strips will become crispier as they cool*
Place the cooked strips into a medium bowl and drizzle with butter.
Toss to coat well with the butter.
Either mix in the bowl with the minced garlic, salt, and cheese or layout on the cookie sheet again and sprinkle with the minced garlic, salt, and cheese.
Return them to the oven and bake for 5-6 minutes or until the crisps are a deep, golden brown.
Allow the crisps to cool completely. Serve up and enjoy!!
Store at room temperature for up to 3 days.
