Now make sure you do put a cookie sheet under it in the oven in case the butter boils out of the pan. You can use a round cake pan or a small casserole dish to make this in.
Cuisinart 9-Inch Chef’s Classic Nonstick Bakeware Round Cake Pan, SilverPyrex 2-Quart Oval Glass Bakeware Dish
Grilled Cheese Bites Ingredients:
- 1 to 2 Cans Biscuits (I used Homestyle Southern Grands
- Cheddar Cheese
- A 9″ Round Cake Pan or Pie Pan
- 1 Stick Butter
How TO Make Grilled Cheese Bites:
Melt your butter in a bowl and when in liquid form pour half into your cake pan. I did not have a cake pan so I used a pie pan and while it worked it does bubble over a bit so I put a cookie sheet under it.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Cut the cheese into cubes to fit in the biscuits. This year I let Isabella do most of the cutting she did struggle a bit with the cheese but slowly perfected the skill. Now a good knife is a must have in any kitchen! I picked up this Aicok Knife (HERE)for under $10, but it’s keeps going out of stock often on Amazon due to how awesome it is. There are a lot of other top rated knives on Amazon at a great price. I am not the best at picking out Knives so when I can read reviews to find a good quality knife it’s a win for me.

Roll the dough all the way around the cheese to seal it into the biscuit.
Place the rolled dough into your pan. Keep repeating this process until the pan is ready is full.
Pour the remaining butter on top of the dough. You can place a cookie sheet under the pan in the oven to catch any butter overflow.
Bake for about 20-25 minutes in a 350-degree oven. If they do start to brown too much you can cover them with foil.
I mean look at that cheese ooze on out of the biscuits!!!
What do you make out of refrigerated biscuits?? What twists on Grilled cheese do you make?
