We have loved trying out new Cake Mix Cookie Recipes the past year!  I love that the cake mix takes out so many ingredients.  Isabella loves she can bake on her own with the cake mix cookies!!

We have made ten cake mix cookies over the year, and I love that Isabella is old enough to make them on her own.  She has become a little baker and loves when she can bake without help or much supervision from her mom.  Isabella came up with the idea for our Strawberry Cake Mix Cookies after making the Red Velvet ones.

Supplies For Making Cake Mix Cookies

Cookie Sheets – Now, I love my mother and grandmother, but their cookie sheet styles are not ones I can use and not burn cookies. Kitchen Aid Cookie Sheets are my jam, whereas my mom uses them without problems.

Parchment Paper– This is a recent trick I learned when we made four different batches of cake mix cookies in a day, but just changed the paper between flavors and no washing dishes in between for the cookie sheets.

Cookie Scoops– This is optional but amazing to keep cookies uniform and help kids scoop cookies.

Baking Racks– Have a couple of these make cooling cookies and bread before storing.

Storage Containers– Storing cookies in an air-tight container help to keep them fresh longer.

Easy Cake Mix Cookie Recipes:

Snickerdoodle Cake Mix Cookies – Regular Snickerdoodles can be a pain to make with all the steps, but these are so easy with a cake mix.

Strawberry White Chocolate Chip Cake Mix Cookies-These cookies are fun to make with a Betty Crocker Strawberry Cake Mix and in white chocolate chips.

S’Mores Cake Mix Cookies– Betty Crocker  Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix makes these cookies a chocolate treat with marshmallow chips and graham cracker crumbs.

Red Velvet Cake Mix Cookies– Use a Betty Crocker Red Velvet cake mix to whip up these deep red cookies.

Cherry Chip Cake Mix Cookies– Cherry chip cake mix is a unique box cake flavor that makes for tasty cookies.

Peppermint Chocolate Cookies Recipe– These are the perfect cake mix cookies to make with holiday peppermint baking chips.

M&M Cake mix cookies on a plate with a tree behind it

M&M Cake Mix Cookies– Holiday M&Ms make easy holiday cookies with a cake mix any time of year.

Rainbow Chip Cake Mix Cookies– Take a rainbow chip cake mix to the next flavor, and add confetti baking chips.

2 Ingredient Pumpkin Cake Mix Cookies– The perfect fall cookie that is also a lower-calorie option as well.

Funfetti Cake Mix Cookies- Use sprinkles to make these fun cookies; holiday sprinkles make for these to be fun holiday cookies as well.
