Isabella is obsessed with baking, and I love it when we can find easy recipes she can do on her own.  By the time we got ot this batch of cookies, I checked for proper mixing since the batter was thick, and she did the rest of the work.

How To Make Red Velvet Cake Mix Cookies:

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees before starting the cookies.

In a bowl mix together your ingredients, this worked well with a spoon.

Use a nonstick cookie sheet or place parchment paper on your cookie sheet. Now I use parchment paper when making a lot of cookies or different varieties. This way I rip off the paper and lay down fresh pieces since I don’t have to wash the pan in between batches. I have to say I love to bake, but man, the dishes can add up!

Now my next baking secret is I used a cookie scoop to scoop out the batter if you aren’t using a cookie scoop to make cookies you are doing it wrong! (You can grab one -> here on Amazon)

Next, bake for about 12 minutes in your preheated oven. Be sure to adjust the time if you know your oven cooks hot or not.

I haven’t tried these yet but I’m very excited to try them. Could I make these with milk chocolate chips instead of white chips?

THANK YOU so much for your quick recipes. I don’t have the time like I used to.
