Spread your dough onto plates; I use dinner plates and chill your dough in the fridge for at least one hour. (I tend to leave the dough overnight in the fridge)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Roll out your dough onto a floured surface 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick using a rolling pin.

PRO TIP

The dough can be hard to work. Take the dough out of the fridge for about 30 minutes and then roll into balls to be rolled out. Working the dough in your hands can help to warm it up the dough to help it be more workable.

Use cookie cutters to cut your shapes. The metal cutters tend to cut thru the dough the best but they rust out fast.
