Chick Fil A: Chick Fil A introduced their grilled nuggets a few years ago and everyone has been hooked ever since. The grilled sandwiches, grilled nuggets, fresh fruit cups and even their breakfast choice of a hearty nut and fruit oatmeal all fit into a Weight Watchers diet.
Chipotle: Skip the sour cream and cheese and enjoy half a burrito, a burrito bowl or a salad. This is a great delicious meal at one of the best Weight Watchers friendly fast food restaurants. Some don’t consider it fast food since it doesn’t have a drive-thru but it works.

Taco Bell: Bean burritos, tacos and sides of beans can all be healthy options. To make lower points remove the sour cream and cheese. I subsitute the chicken instead of beef. Also, they have lower-fat options and load up on the salsa and pico de gallo instead of creamy sauces.
KFC: Grilled chicken, corn, and green beans are the most popular healthy options, but you’d be surprised at the low point value of their other traditional sides if you just have to have that comfort food fix.

Wendy’s: Grilled chicken wraps, salads, baked potatoes as well as chili are Weight Watchers friendly. Skip the cheese and extra mayo or sauce on grilled chicken sandwiches for a lower point sandwich everyone will love.

Hi Jenny. I hope you had a great Holiday & New year. I took some time off from the internet & emails for a few weeks before Christmas & a little more past New years Day. I’m back now. Thanks for the rundown for Weight Watchers friendly Restaurants. We just got a few new Chick Fil As in the area where I go shopping in Seekonk, MA., & some other locations. I tried Popeye’s & I did not like it at all. Love KFC-but way too salty throughout the whole pieces of chicken-not good for my High Blood Pressure-so I only eat it very rarely. This list will help when eating on the run-health wise. Can you believe it is almost the middle of Jan. already? This month is flying by fast. Here’s to healthier eating in 2018.

McAllister‘s has some great choices.

Panda Express is my go to – I get a bowl of Mushroom Chicken over Steamed Veggies. (Say no to fried rice!)
