Ingredients
- 15.25 Ounce Strawberry Cake Mix
- 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 Cup White Chocolate baking chips
- 2 Egg
Instructions
- Start out by preheating your oven to 350 degrees!
- In a bowl mix together your ingredients, we used a spatula because it is a thick batter. It mixed together this way very well this way.
- Use a nonstick cookie sheet or place parchment paper on your cookie sheet. Now I use the parchment paper when I am making a lot of cookies or different varieties. This way I just rip off the paper and lay down a fresh paper since I don’t have wash the pan in between batches.
- Now my next baking secret is I used a cookie scoop to scoop out the batter if you aren’t using a cookie scoop to make cookies you are doing it wrong!
- Bake for about 13 minutes in your preheated oven. Be sure to adjust the time if you know your oven cooks hot or not.
- This made about 23 cookies for me.
- Store in either an airtight container or Ziploc.
