Cinco De Mayo Recipes are one of my favorites! It is one of my favorite food occasions of the year.  I don’t know about your family, but mine is so excited about that day!!!  Instead of going out to restaurants, we tend to do a lot of taco nights at our house, which is a great easy dinner, and also, it’s a frugal meal.

I prefer to cook meals at home than go out to eat.  Plus, teaching the kids how to create food from other cuisines is a great way to get them started in the kitchen.  Thankfully with Pinterest, there is never a shortage of ideas, so I gathered a collection of unique recipes to try out and expand from my own.

My favorite Go To Cinco De Mayo Recipes: 

Homemade Taco Seasoning– Forget buying taco seasoning and blend your taco seasoning for Taco Tuesdays.

Instant Pot Shredded Chicken Tacos– Use the instant pot to make quickly chicken taco meat for your dinner!

Crock Pot Chicken Tacos– Use salsa, chicken breasts, and canned beans to make this chicken taco meat that is also perfect for enchiladas and burritos.

Lime Chicken Taco-Use a skillet to make chicken breasts easily for either chicken tacos or a chicken taco salad.

Instant Pot Pork Tacos– Use pork shoulder in the instant pot to make pork tacos or carnitas for dinner!

Chicken Taco Soup– Use your crockpot to make this light and healthy taco soup for dinner.
